Whenever I work out at the fitness center on the elliptical machine for 20-30 minutes plus the stationary bike for 20-30 minutes, I get so exhausted that I need to take a nap within the afternoon & feel lethargic for a few days after I work out. How can I not overeat & still keep my energy through the day. Any suggestions with workout habits or eating habits? Thanks.
